Space is a luxury. It is one of the main tools of capitalistic speculation. It is even more than a tool; it is a weapon through which economies can regulate their movements. The spiritual essence of the heiddeggerian void has been abandoned and has been replaced by a speculative, very palpable and measurable space. Space can be quantified; it has a price. Even in the middle of a fundamental crisis of the capitalist economy space maintains its hegemony as a tool capable to participate importantly to the definition of our societies.
